I've never done Pilates, what should I expect?

If you're new to Pilates, expect a focus on core strength, flexibility, and body awareness. Our introductory classes are designed to teach you the fundamentals in a supportive and welcoming environment. You'll learn the basic principles and movements, gradually building your strength and coordination.

What should I bring to the group Mat Pilates classess? 

Please bring along your own mat, towel and water bottle. We'll be bringing along the vibes! 

Are there any specific concerns or hesitations people might have before trying Pilates for the first time, and how do you address them?

Some people worry about their fitness level or flexibility before starting Pilates. We address these concerns by offering beginner-friendly classes and modifications for each exercise. Our instructors provide guidance and support, ensuring everyone feels comfortable and confident, regardless of their starting point.

Where are the group Mat Pilates classess held?

Our group Mat Pilates classes are held on Queens Esplanade Thorneside. We'll send you an exact location via our email confirmation for the class. We'll be in the same location every week. 

Where are the studio classes held? 

Our Reformer Studio Pilates classes are held at Baywalk Place Thorneside. An exact address will be sent via our email confirmation.
